Can different implant sizes be packaged on a single machine?
Yes. Flexible packaging machines enable fast format changeovers, allowing different implant variants to be economically processed on a single line.
Can the packaging for implants also be equipped with additional product protection?
When packaging implants in film, the film packaging already serves as tamper-evidence, thereby confirming the products' authenticity. However, it is also possible to add further security measures against theft, tampering, and counterfeiting.
Which Kallfass packaging machines are suitable for packaging implants?
This depends entirely on the customer's requirements. For medium to high quantities, fully automatic packaging machines such as the Universa, Universa Servo, and Servo Packer series are suitable. For lower quantities, a semi-automatic or automatic solution from the L-sealer series — KC, KW, and Universa 5050 — is also conceivable and can be used.
