At the Landesmesse in Hall 4, right in front of the house doors of Southwest Germany, Kallfass presented itself from 8-10 March 2016. On an extremely lean 12 m² surface area, the Logi Wrap 3D mail order system was the focus of the presentation, along with the extensive product portfolio, which was demonstrated to visitors with the help of the Internet-based Kallfass video database.
"In times of rising order volumes in distance selling, the logistical challenge for shipping and online retailers to deliver a ready-to-ship package to a parcel and postal service provider for delivery becomes increasingly difficult," explains Jens Kallfass, CEO of the packaging specialist. "With our new mail order technology, Logi Wrap 3D, we can provide the shipping and logistics industry with a powerful tool to help them design their logistical processes for profitability in competitive market environments," adds Kallfass.
For the third year in row, Kallfass was present with a stand at LogiMAT. For the first time this year, there was no packaging machine at the Kallfass booth. "We deliberately decided to present the power and benefits of our Logi Wrap 3D via our Internet-based video database," explained booth director Miguel Beltrán. "We had many discussions with online retailers and logistics companies and we are surprised and excited about the number and quality of contacts", he continued.
In addition, it was possible to present the entire Kallfass product portfolio on the booth in a small space. Thanks to utilization of the video library, based on the visitor's wishes, the desired machine with the right product can be accessed and presented in a video. "This provides us with tremendous flexibility and we can address visitor questions using a more targeted approach, and with the help of product films we can provide more detailed responses than ever," concluded Miguel Beltrán.
Kallfass will later this year also present the newly proven booth concept - the full range in the smallest of spaces - at another trade fair. From 27-29 September in Nuremberg, FachPack will take place, one of the most important European trade fairs in the packaging sector.
