Look and see: Irma Constanza Morales describes the Servo Packer 500, which wraps stationery at Panamericana in Bogotá, Colombia. | Don Miguel, regarding your question I would like to answer, that your machine is a great help in our daily production. Due to the high production rate of 70 packs per minute we were able to optimize employment of staff considerably. Now, the entire process is much easier than before because of the machines’ flexibility in wrapping of all different kinds of products. Attached you will find some photos emphasizing the above mentioned. We can really rely on the Servo Packer, it wraps all products most accurately without any incidents at all. We thank you for your E-Mail and be assured that we will come back immediately, if there would be any news. Thank You Irma Constanza Morales G. I been working in the beverage/food industry in Venezuela for 20 years. I have known from Kallfass since 1995 when I was working for Gatorade Plant in Valencia, Venezuela (Productos Quaker C.A) . In those days I purchased 2 Kallfass Sleeve Wrapper + traypacker for packaging Gatorade Botlles During the operation I had the visit of Jens Kallfass in our plant. I was really proud of the excellent performance of both lines with Kallfass machines in the venezuelan Gatorade Plant.

Best Regards, Plant Manager | A member of one of the world leading shrinkfilm manufacturers after visiting Kallfass agency in US is reporting the following to his colleagues (extract): | Hi All, I was able to spend some time with the people of Kallfass this week and I was able to check out the Universa,400 and 500 series. From what I seen I was impressed, hopefully below I will help explain the features and benefits of the machines. The equipment is well designed and of extremely solid construction and isn't over engineered, in my opinion it is actually more user friendly than most equipment out there..........Another nice feature is the tunnel "hood", this top chamber is adjustable via 4 bolts, this allows for low profile as well as taller products ............. To recap some of the pros ( my opinion) and cons (not my opinion but what others may perceive) to the equipment . PRO'S 1. Smaller footprint 2. Faster speeds 3. Easy set up. 4. No plc. 5. Spare Part consolidation 6. User friendly touch screen 7. Emergency heat mode 8. Jam mode 9. Windows based. 10.Flash card memory, easy reload, no laptops. 11.System Diagnoses problem and also tells you why. 12.Nearly all parts are Allen wrench accessible. 13.All metric 14.No need fro additional infeeds CON'S 1. All metric. ( for most large companies this wouldn’t be an issue) 2. End user only wants AB. 3. Not made in US |

Zimmer Switzerland Manufacturing GmbH | Dear Mr. Frei and Mr. Kallfass, I kindly thank you for the excellent cooperation during the project Shrink Packaging Line. Your great support took us one step further regarding the final packaging of our products. The packaging line is working faultlessly and the staff enjoys working with it. Last but not least to mention is the high-quality instruction provided by your service technician Mr. René Burkhard. The additional efforts made by Saropack and Kallfass (special machine modification) are not to be overlooked. We hope the positive impression will last for a long time, especially regarding the lines availability. Again, thank you very much for the efforts. Yours sincerely

LEGO System A/S after a visit at Kallfass in Nürtingen: | Hello Jens, Thank you for a nice visit and FAT test, and yes, I enjoyed the visit . Regarding the issues we discussed yeaterday, I have talked to my colleges about the CE-marking and color of main switches. LEGO always use black main switches but since this machine will not operate in a LEGO facility the red ones a OK, and the same is the case with the CE-marking. So no changes is necessary on the machine, before shipment!
Nice weekend to you. Kind regards |
