Convert 30 tons woodchips into 1200 easy-to-handle shrink-packs of six: this is a typical job for an efficient fully-automatic briquette production line.

The raw material is fed from the silo into the briquetting press by means of a pipe system. Up to 1200 briquettes per hour are highly compacted by the press (an average up to high capacity required)

The briquettes are running in single-line product stream to the grouping station, which is forming handy bundles out of the briquettes. The press output is grouped within one hour into 200 packs of six. The Kallfass film packaging line is sealing 3 to 4 packs per minute, which means that the fully-automatic sleevewrapper SUPER WRAP 650 is not working at its full capacity. One film packaging unit needs several presses for full capacity.
After the shrink tunnel, the film packs are palletized and stretched, but a palletizing line makes sense only with extremely high outputs.
