Betreff: Einsparungen Bündelpacker SUPER WRAP 950 /Schrumptunnel Universal 950 HV

Sehr geehrter Herr Bayer,

in Bezug auf unseren neuen Kallfass Schrumpftunnel UNIVERSAL 950 HV mit Hochblaseinrichtung, kann ich Ihnen bestätigen, dass wir im Vergleich zu unserem alten Tunnel ohne Hochblaseinrichtung, für 2010 mit einer Einsparung an Folie von ca. 25% (ca. 5000 €) kalkulieren. Durch Einsatz der Hochblaseinrichtung ist es uns möglich, die jeweils optimale Folienbreite für unsere Artikel auszuwählen. Des Weiteren konnten wir durch Einsatz der Folienanschweißvorrichtung ( oben und unten) an der  Bündelpackmaschine eine deutliche Reduzierung der Umrüstzeiten erreichen.

Nach Rücksprache mit meinem Vorgesetzten, Herrn Stefan Beier, können sie uns gerne bei Ihren Kunden zitieren.

Let me introduce myself.  I am a Plant Manager in Venezuela. I been working in the beverage/food industry in Venezuela for 20 years.
I have known from Kallfass since 1995 when I was working for Gatorade Plant in Valencia, Venezuela (Productos Quaker C.A) . In those days I purchased 2 Kallfass Sleeve Wrapper + traypacker for packaging Gatorade Botlles
During the operation I had the visit of Jens Kallfass in our plant. I was really proud of the excellent performance of both lines with Kallfass machines in the venezuelan Gatorade Plant.

In 2008, I attended  the Interpack and visited your Kallfass booth and I had the oportunity to say hello to Mr Jens Kallfass. I was surprissed for the outstanding evolution in your equipments.

About the project packaging machine I will review all the information you sent me and contact you in a couple of weeks.

I was able to spend some time with the people of Kallfass this week and I was able to check out the Universa,400 and 500 series.

From what I seen I was impressed,  hopefully below I will help explain the features and benefits of the machines.
The equipment is well designed and of extremely solid construction and isn't over engineered, in my opinion it is actually more user friendly than most equipment out there..........Another nice feature is the tunnel "hood", this top chamber is adjustable via 4 bolts, this allows for low profile as well as taller products .............

Dear Mr Kallfass,

I have made inquiries and can tell you that the UNIVERSA 500 has performed very well during its first season of wrapping advent calendars without any major problems, we improved on the savings  we declared we would achieve, in order to receive the capital approval to purchase the machine. The actual numbers wrapped on this machine will be forwarded to you tomorrow by Mr H Little, the engineer responsible for the machine.

Total amount of advents produced = 8,912,000, this is broken down into:

Advent one
(Kallfass UNIVERSA 500 SERVO) = 5,112,000

there were no major breakdowns on this machine.

Advent two
(Kallfass UNIVERSA 400) = 3,800,000.

 

LEGO System A/S after a visit at Kallfass in Nürtingen:

Hello Jens,

Thank you for a nice visit and FAT test, and yes, I enjoyed the visit .
Regarding the issues we discussed yeaterday, I have talked to my colleges about the CE-marking and color of main switches.
LEGO always use black main switches but since this machine will not operate in a LEGO facility the red ones a OK, and the same is the case with the CE-marking.
So no changes is necessary on the machine, before shipment!

Ich möchte mich nochmals herzlich für die sehr gute Zusammenarbeit im Projekt Schrumpfolienanlage bedanken.
Dank Ihrer Unterstützung haben wir eine Schritt nach vorne getan, was die Endverpackung unserer Produkte anbelangt.
Die Anlage läuft im Moment tadellos und die Mitarbeiter arbeiten mit Freude an ihr.
Dies ist auch auf die sehr gute Instruktion durch Ihren Servicetechniker René Burkhard zurückzuführen.
Nicht vergessen möchte ich die zusätzlichen Aufwände (Quetschrad und Tunnelerhöhung) die durch Saropack und Kallfass unbürokratisch abgedeckt wurden.
Ich hoffe die sehr guten Eindrücke bleiben uns noch lange erhalten, vorallem auch was die Verfügbarkeit der Anlage betrifft.
